About ImgTurbo

A focused browser image converter with a small, explicit feature set: one JPEG, PNG or WebP image, transformed on the visitor's device.

What ImgTurbo is for

ImgTurbo handles quick raster conversion and basic pixel transformations without creating an account or sending the source file to an image-processing backend.

Convert

Export JPEG and PNG, plus WebP when the browser supplies an encoder. Unsupported formats are not relabeled fallbacks.

Resize and orient

Scale by percentage or dimensions, rotate, flip and create a grayscale copy within the published memory limits.

Measure

See the real output format, dimensions, bytes and percentage difference before downloading.

The processing boundary

The application uses the browser's image decoder, Canvas API and encoder. The source image is represented in browser memory and is not included in an HTTP request to ImgTurbo. The page itself is still delivered by a web server, and consent-based analytics can load for visitors who accept it.
